Terms of Service

By engaging in services with EverLoom LLC, you agree to the following:

Services

EverLoom provides individualized support services including:

• Tutoring

• Social skills support (individual and small group)

• After-school care

• Respite care

• Break and program-based services

Services are tailored to each child’s needs and may vary based on availability and service fit.

Eligibility

Services are designed for children who benefit from individualized support related to learning, behavior, or development.

Submission of an intake form or request does not guarantee service placement.

Scheduling & Requests

• Service requests are submitted through intake forms and/or booking systems

• Scheduling is confirmed by EverLoom based on availability

• Ongoing services may follow a consistent weekly schedule

• Availability may vary depending on staffing and service type

Consistent scheduling supports predictable routines and positive experiences for children.

Payments

• Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged

• Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe)

• Services are not confirmed until payment is received

• Packages and plans must be used within the designated timeframe (if applicable)

Cancellations & Refunds

• EverLoom maintains a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy outlining expectations for scheduling changes, missed sessions, and payment terms.

• Sessions may be subject to forfeiture if cancelled without sufficient notice

• Reserved time and staffing are considered when determining cancellations

• Payments and program fees may be nonrefundable

Break & Program Services

• Enrollment in break care or group programs may require advance selection of dates and times

• Availability is limited and based on staffing capacity

• Reserved program time may be nonrefundable

Safety & Fit

EverLoom reserves the right to:

• Determine whether services are an appropriate fit

• Adjust service structure as needed

• Discontinue services if appropriate support cannot be safely or effectively provided

 

Liability

EverLoom provides supportive, non-clinical services and does not replace medical, therapeutic, or school-based services.

Participation in services is voluntary and based on family consent.

 

Changes to Services

EverLoom reserves the right to update:

• Services

• Pricing

• Policies

Families will be notified of significant changes when applicable.
