The EverLoom Way

Belonging
SUPPORT
The EverLoom Way is the philosophy that guides how we support children and families. It is rooted in listening deeply, observing thoughtfully, and responding with care and intention. By embracing each child’s individuality and recognizing their strengths, EverLoom focuses on helping children overcome challenges while building confidence, connection, and motivation to grow.
At the heart of Ramona’s work is a simple belief: belonging fuels learning. Through EverLoom, she works alongside families to create supportive environments where children feel understood, valued, and empowered to thrive.
EverLoom exists to support children and families with compassion, understanding, and thoughtful guidance - because when children feel they belong, learning and growth naturally follow.
With love,

Ramona Martin
Founder and Lead Specialist
Ramona Martin is the founder of EverLoom, an inclusive education and family support organization grounded in learning, care, and connection. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Master of Teaching in Special Education. As a Behavior Specialist, Ramona partners with educators and support teams to create environments where all children can thrive.
Originally from Germany, Ramona has worked with children and families across multiple countries, giving her a global perspective on inclusion and how children learn. Her empathy and lived experiences strengthen her commitment to creating systems where all learners and their families feel understood, supported, and valued.
Before founding EverLoom, Ramona spent years working as a special education teacher and behavior therapist. Through this work, she saw firsthand how families often navigate systems that are not always designed for children with diverse learning and support needs.
EverLoom was created to help bridge that gap by offering individualized tutoring, social skills support, behavior-informed care, and respite services that honor the whole child and support the entire family.
