After-School Support
After-school care is provided in the family’s home within our local service area. Availability depends on location and staffing.
After-school care is available Monday through Friday on days the child’s school is in session, based on the ACPS and Charlottesville City Schools calendars. Families may select 1, 2, or 3 hours of care between 2:45 and 6:15 p.m.
School-aged children with disabilities or diverse developmental needs who benefit from individualized care, predictable routines, and a supportive transition from school to home. Designed for families seeking dependable after-school support that honors their child’s strengths, interests, and needs.

The hours after school can be the hardest part of the day. Your child is tired, routines shift, and many families are still at work. After-School Support brings a trained EverLoom provider into your home. to make that time predictable and supportive. Care can include homework help, snacks and wind-down routines, play, and practicing regulation and daily-living skills, all shaped around your child. Care runs Monday through Friday on school days between 2:45 and 6:15 p.m., in 1-, 2- or 3-hour blocks, one to five days a week. It's for school-aged children with disabilities and diverse developmental needs.
