Behavior Support

A comprehensive starting point for families seeking individualized behavior support in the home.
Includes:

60-minute caregiver consultation to discuss concerns, priorities, routines, and goals

Caregiver interview and selected behavior assessments

Up to 90 minutes of in-home observation

Review and analysis of assessment information

A written individualized Support Plan with practical strategies for the home

60-minute plan review meeting to walk through recommendations and answer questions

45–60 minute follow-up consultation approximately four weeks after the plan is shared
Best for:
Families who want a structured assessment of behavioral concerns and a clear, individualized plan for what to do next.
Professional analysis, assessment scoring, and plan-development time are included in the package price and may occur outside of scheduled family appointments.

Caregiver consultation, coaching, observations, progress review, and plan revisions.

Behavioral consultation and behavior-support services are provided through Meridian Behavioral Consulting PLLC in partnership with EverLoom. Services are private pay. Upon request, families may receive a superbill to submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
