EverLoom Refund & Cancellation Policy

EverLoom LLC is committed to providing consistent, high-quality support for children and families. Because services require advance scheduling and dedicated staffing, the following policies apply to all services.

 

Scheduling & Reserved Time

  • Services are scheduled in advance and are subject to provider availability

  • Payment is required to reserve service time

  • Scheduling reserves dedicated time and staffing for your child

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on availability

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as completed services

  • Missed sessions and no-shows may be counted as completed services

  • Sessions are not extended or rescheduled due to late arrival

Time and staffing are reserved in advance to support consistent, predictable services.

Packages & Prepaid Services

  • Packages reserve time and staffing in advance

  • Sessions must be used within the designated timeframe (if applicable)

  • Sessions within a package that are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice may be forfeited

  • Packages are nonrefundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing

After-School & Respite Services

  • Services are scheduled based on agreed-upon days and times

  • Reserved time is held specifically for your child

  • Missed days or late cancellations may be counted as used services

  • Changes to recurring schedules require advance notice and are subject to availability

Break Care & Program Enrollment

  • Break care and group programs require advance selection of dates and times

  • Enrollment reserves space and staffing

  • Missed days or schedule changes may not be refunded or rescheduled

  • Program fees are nonrefundable once enrollment is confirmed

Refund Policy

  • Payments for completed services are nonrefundable

  • Late cancellations, missed sessions, and no-shows are nonrefundable

  • Packages, program fees, and reserved service times are nonrefundable

  • Refunds are not provided for unused reserved time or early service termination

If EverLoom Cancels

If EverLoom must cancel a scheduled service:

  • A reschedule, make-up session, or service credit will be offered

​

Acknowledgment

By scheduling services with EverLoom, families acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
